Here are the terms applicable to all tech support services provided by me, Johan Ericson Sole Proprietorship (941017-XXXX).
General Terms
- Support is provided at your home or remotely, as agreed.
- The RUT deduction (-50% on labor costs) only applies to home support, not remote support.
- Payment via Swish or bank transfer.
- The minimum charge for home support is 1 hour, with additional time charged per half-hour.
- A transport fee of 30 SEK applies to RUT-eligible services in Härnösand. Longer distances are subject to agreement.
- Remote support (not RUT-eligible) is charged at 100 SEK per 15 minutes, with a minimum charge of 15 minutes.
Satisfaction Guarantee
I want you to feel confident and satisfied with my work. If, for any reason, you are not, you do not need to pay. This guarantee applies to all services and all customers—your satisfaction is my priority!

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Am I eligible for the RUT deduction?
You may qualify for the RUT deduction if you are over 18, are taxed in Sweden, and have not reached the annual maximum RUT deduction amount of 75,000 SEK per person. The deduction only applies to labor costs, not to materials or transportation fees. Learn more on the Swedish Tax Agency website: RUT Deduction.
What if the RUT deduction is denied by the Tax Agency?
If the RUT deduction is denied by the Tax Agency, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the full labor cost without the deduction. Please ensure you are eligible for the RUT deduction before booking.
