Absolutely! I can help you install and set up your TV, soundbar, or home theater system. I make sure everything is connected and configured correctly so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies without any hassle.
Can you help me back up my important files?
Absolutely! I can back up your important files to an external hard drive, USB flash drive, or cloud storage, ensuring you always have a copy in case something happens to your computer.
I need in-home support. How does it work?
You can call, email, or message SupportJohan on Facebook. Describe what you need help with in as much detail as possible. I will estimate how long the task will take, and we'll book a time that works for you. On the scheduled day, I'll call you shortly before I arrive to make sure you're home. Once the issue is resolved, you'll receive an invoice, which can be paid directly via Swish or bank transfer.
